Clarke & Co., Inc. was the successful bidder for Phase II, Long Family Memorial Park. Clarke & Co. signed a contract with Mesa County…for park construction. Clarke & Co., Inc. performed all aspects of the Scope of Work to the satisfaction of Mesa County. Clarke obtained project bonding as required, kept on schedule with the submitted project schedule, obtained all permits required, delivered all submittals in a timely manner, performed all compaction testing required, worked well with all subcontractors and kept the project running at all times.
